Saurav holds a Bachelor's degree in structural engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar. He’s passionate about challenging and improving processes and business models. He specialises in project execution, finance and marketing and has worked with some of the biggest conglomerates including Bechtel & TechnipFMC.

He has served an array of celebrities from Indian & International cricket team to film stars & top notch industrialists. He has also helmed many food festivals globally.
Chef Kapil is a definitive name in Indian cuisine and is the brain behind Rang de Kesar.
