A graduate from Cornell University (HRBP) with a diploma in Hotel Management from IHM-Kolkata, Manoj was the country head of Human Resources for Hilton Worldwide, India in his last corporate assignment and has worked with ITC, Taj, Hyatt & Intercontinental group of hotels.

Saurav holds a Bachelor's degree in structural engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar. He’s passionate about challenging and improving processes and business models. He has in-depth knowledge on how to enable innovative business ideas with flexible tailor-made solutions. He specialises in project execution, finance and marketing and has worked with some of the biggest conglomerates including Bechtel & TechnipFMC.

When Saurav is not working, he loves travelling, playing cricket, watching Rugby and working on new ideas. He also loves wine and beer.

Kapil brings more than 15 years of quality experience having worked in some of the biggest Hospitality brands globally viz. J.W Marriott & Accor Hotels. He has been instrumental in designing state of the art Indian menu which won accolades for its authencity and quality.
He has served an array of celebrities from Indian & International cricket team to film stars & top notch industrialists. He has also helmed many food festivals globally.
Chef Kapil is a definitive name in Indian cuisine and is the brain behind Rang de Kesar.

Kapil likes to play cricket in his free time & enjoys Kishor Da Songs on long drives.
